The Renaissance Way insists on quality construction.  We "stickbuild" custom homes one at a time, working with your plan or one of ours.
Since we are a custom builder, we offer several different levels of features for your to choose from, depending on the size and price of home you wish to build.  Talk to Jeff if you have questions about this, and for a more detailed listing.
 

 

 

 

Customer Programs Available

1. Renaissance Finish -  The majority of our customers request that we build their home from the ground up.  We are responsible for everything from digging up the dirt to installing towel bars.  When the home is ready, we give you the keys with nothing left to do.  Well, maybe unpacking!
2. Customer Finish - We offer an option for our customers that allows them to participate in the construction of their home.  We call this our Customer Finish program.  It is a great way to build equity in your home.  It does require work on the part of our customers, but you know, some folks like to get dirty.  We like to help 'em.
This can also be called our Instant Equity option.  Why?  Because when you perform labor on your home, such as painting for example, you save the expense of the particular skill performed, yet the appraised value of the home assumes the work was performed by a professional.  You earn instant equity in your home due to the difference in cost of your effort versus the cost of hiring a professional trade contractor.
This option may allow you to build a home with little or no money down if you perform enough work (sweat equity).  Another possible scenario with this approach is a customer could receive money back at the closing of their home.  You will actually get a check when your home is complete!  For some customers this is an acceptable option.  Be sure that it is right for you.
3. Three Month Price-lock - Currently we are offering a promotion where we will lock-in your purchase price for 3 months with a signed homebuilding contract.  This allows you time to sell your current home without being in the position of paying for two mortgages.  Ask us for more details if you are interested.
4. Builder Construction Financing - This option is the best of both worlds with appropriate lending qualifications and a signed agreement, RCH will get the construction loan and start building your new home while you are selling your existing home.  Your new house will be completed or near completion once your existing home is sold.
