Ten Steps to a Stress-Free Homebuilding Experience

  We'll start off asking you questions about the features and amenities you would like to have in your new home.  We will show you some of our existing house plans that fit your needs, as well as house plans that you may have brought with you.  Additionally, we will assist you in your lot selection.  We will work with you to package all of your needs and wishes into the home you've always dreamed about while keeping you within your budgetary limits.  
     
  Our goal is to exceed our customer's expectations.  This begins by treating our customers with respect and letting you know your concerns are important to us.  Jeff Rea and the Renaissance Classic Homes Team of trade contractors are committed to your satisfaction.  We want to build your new home and have you share with your friends about how you had "the time of your life" building with Jeff Rea and Renaissance Classic Homes.  

         
1.   Choose your home  
      ▫ Select one of our plans and modify it to your liking.  
      ▫ Bring in your own floor plan and we'll make it work for your setting.

2.   Homesite Evaluation  
      ▫ Jeff will visit your desired home site with you to evaluate its characteristics.

      ▫ We've analyzed your property and the overall setting.

4.   Sign the Contract

5.   Financing  
      ▫  It's time to finalize your financing package.  Once this is done, construction of your new home can begin.  
 
         
6.   In House Selections  
      ▫  Once your contract is signed and financing is underway we'll begin the process of finalizing selection items and color choices.  Let the fun begin...  
 
 
         
7.   Pre Construction Meeting  
      ▫ After your financing is in place and selections are made, a Pre Construction Meeting is held.  You will sign off on decisions and construction drawings.  Now we are ready to build!

8.   Construction  
      ▫  Stress-free homebuilding starts with meticulous planning to ensure the construction goes smoothly.  We've been planning and planning, now let's start building!  During the course of construction you will have several meetings to review the progress of your new home.  Allow 4-6 months for construction, depending on the size and details of your new home. Ask us about our guaranteed move-in date.  
 
 
 
 
         
9.   New Home Orientation  
      ▫  Our Customer Service Manager, Terry Pol, will do a thorough new home orientation upon completion which offers training for the upkeep of your new home.  Additionally, Terry will be available to you for assistance should questions or concerns arise.
